2017-2018 Learn to Skate and DynoMITE Player Registration Form

 

Please Read The Following Before You Continue

 

  • Players must be born from 2008 - 2013 in order to participate. Players born outside of these years must contact Wes Riley to apply for a waiver. 

  • All players must have a valid USA Hockey confirmation number for the upcoming season before participating in any skating activities.

  • If the player you are registering does not have a current USA Hockey confirmation number, please consider registering with USA Hockey before continuing.

  • You can still register for this program without a USA Hockey confirmation number, however you will need the confirmation before your child will be allowed to skate.

 

Tuition Information

 

The Learn to Skate / DynoMITE programs start skating in October. Final dates are TBD.

Rates for the 2017-2018 Programs are as follows:

Session-Based Programs:

Learn to Skate: $149

Atoms: $159

 

Full-Season Program:

DynoMITEs: $829 ($229 down, $200/month from September-November)
