Concord Youth Hockey follows USA Hockey requirements for all coaches, assistants, and team volunteers.

CYHA coaches must complete a significant amount of training before they are allowed to be on the ice with our players.

Key Items For All Coaches (Head Coach And Assitants):

• Must register online with USA Hockey
• Must complete a background check
• Must complete SafeSport training
• Must have the appropriate USA Hockey CEP Level
• Must complete the appropriate USA Hockey Age-Specific Module

Being a coach is a significant commitment.

In addition to the requirements above, all CYHA coaches are evaluated by an internal Coaching Committee before being assigned to a team.
